I started probability with my class. My students are getting confused with the terminology (Experiment, Event, Outcomes, Mutullay exculsive and equally likely). I am explaining these terms for every problem. The posibility diagrams and tree diagrams are also confusing. Practicing is the only method to master these diagrams.
Most of the other things like divisibilty tests are forgotten by my students. I need to go slow to get the ideas to sink in them. Probability is one topic in which pupils can score well.
